Cloopen, a leading cloud-based communications solution provider in China and Genesys China, a US cloud-based solutions provider, kicked off a partnership named The Partner Cloud in China on Tuesday.
Under the partnership, the two companies seek to offer integrated cloud service solutions that span sales, marketing and services.
By leveraging their respective product, technology and resource advantages, the two companies are expected to drive more innovations in customer experience through cloud and intelligence transformation.
Xiong Xiegang, chief operating officer of Cloopen, said: “The collaboration will involve sharing resources, channels and customer insights to establish an effective market feedback mechanism.”
“Such efforts will enable rapid response to market changes and better understanding of local market characteristics and demands, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness of the entire partner cloud ecosystem in the market.”
At the event, Lei Senhua, vice-president of sales of Genesys Asia, highlighted growing demand from local enterprises for customer experience and intelligent services, and said that the company will further beef up presence in the Chinese market.
